The short version: we collect the minimum, we ask before we measure anything, and we never sell what we hold.

We collect only what we need. If you join our newsletter, we store your email to write to you; you can unsubscribe at any time. We use a little analytics to understand what resonates, and only after you accept cookies — you can decline, and the site works just the same.

Order enquiries

When you send an enquiry, we store your name, email address, optional message, selected pieces, sizes and quantities, and the prices shown in our catalogue at that time. We use these details to answer your request and confirm availability. An enquiry is not a paid order or a reservation.

Enquiries are available only to signed-in site administrators. You can contact us to request correction or deletion. We do not collect payment-card details through this site.
